Andrew Wlodarczyk brings a unique blend of frontline entrepreneurial experience, operational expertise, and strategic advisory skills to Exit Strategies Group. As a seasoned business owner and dedicated business development consultant, Andrew understands firsthand what it takes to build, scale, and successfully manage a business from the ground up, as well as the complexities involved in preparing an enterprise for its next chapter.

Before transitioning to merger and acquisition advisory, Andrew established a strong track record of operational excellence in Northern California. As the founder and owner of Woody’s Brewing Co. and the principal of Tangible Futures LLC, he mastered the intricacies of financial analysis, capital deployment, and organizational scaling. His operational background is further enhanced by his work as a business advisor with the Shasta-Cascade Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where he has guided numerous business owners through cash flow optimization, systems implementation, and strategic growth.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from California State University, Chico.
