As a mergers & acquisitions advisor Adam works closely with business owners to achieve their goals for exiting their companies. He enjoys working with owners who have a commitment to the well-being of their employees and the communities they serve. Adam’s clients appreciate his strong project management, coaching, and negotiation skills. Adam also conducts acquisition searches for businesses and individuals looking to purchase businesses.
As a qualified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser Adam works with lenders, CPAs, attorneys and business owners to assess the value of tangible personal property for financing, estate planning, taxes and disputes.
Prior to joining Exit Strategies, Adam’s experience was in operations management, business development, strategy and sustainability. Over his 20-year professional career, he has been both an entrepreneur, an ISO-9001 quality auditor and the director of a global business unit within a professional services company in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. This broad experience gives him the ability to work comfortably with a variety of businesses, and to provide clients with professional and comprehensive M&A brokerage services that optimize results.
Adam serves on the advisory boards of various mission-driven organizations. He also volunteers as a small business mentor for Pacific Community Ventures, a nonprofit community development financial institution.
