Biography
As a mergers & acquisitions advisor Adam works closely with business owners to achieve their goals for exiting their companies. He works primarily with manufacturing, distribution, specialty contracting and B2B service businesses. Adam also performs business valuations and advises investors looking to acquire businesses.
Adam enjoys working with successful business owners who are also committed to the well-being of their employees and the communities they serve. His clients appreciate his integrity and his strong dealmaking and project management skills.
Prior to joining Exit Strategies, Adam worked in business operations, business development, strategy, and sustainability. Over his 20-year professional career, he has been an entrepreneur, an ISO-9001 quality auditor and the global director of an audit and consulting practice focused on the manufacturing and distribution sectors. This broad experience gives him the ability to work comfortably across a range of businesses, and to provide clients with comprehensive M&A brokerage services that optimize results.
Adam has a bachelor degree (BA) from UC Berkeley, a Master of Forestry from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Presidio School of Management. He is the Board Chair for Aris Horticulture, a leading national grower of ornamental plants. He also volunteers as a small business mentor for Pacific Community Ventures, a nonprofit community development financial institution.
