Across the alliance in 2025:

  • More than $2.5 billion in enterprise value
  • The best year in CIA’s history

Since 2021, CIA partner firms have collectively closed over $8 billion in transaction value, reflecting strong momentum in the lower middle market. The alliance now includes 34 partner firms across North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Australia, enabling collaboration across industries and geographies.
